‘Batchelors’

In 2007 we were appointed by the owners of the shop formerly known at ‘Batchelors’ in Epping High Street (now Fat face) to work up a scheme for the refurbishment of the residential accommodation above the shop and the conversion of a workshop cum store at the rear of the building.

We obtained Planning and Listed Building Consent and Building Regulations Approval for the proposed scheme and it was developed by the Client around the end of 2009.
