The Hawthorns

In May 2006 architecture & design services were commissioned by a private client to extend a small, three bedroom chalet bungalow in the greenbelt to provide additional accommodation for their growing family.

As part of this commission, architecture & design services carried out a full measured survey, produced existing and proposed drawings, prepared and submitted a planning application and acted as the main point of contact, or agent, for the resulting correspondence.

The project was granted planning permission in 2006 and the client is now preparing to embark on the construction phase of the project with architecture & design services providing the architectural services.
