698a High Road Architecture & design services were approached by the Royal British Legion who were in the process of disposing of their property assets. The Royal British Legion had been advised that an options appraisal should be produced by an architect to illustrate the potential of individual sites for future development, in order to facilitate the sales process. Architecture & design services were commissioned to produce an options appraisal for the former Royal British Legion Premises at 698a High Road, Leytonstone, a Grade 2 listed Georgian terraced townhouse. The commission included a photographic survey and the production of an options appraisal which included sketched scheme illustrating a number of development options. Architecture & design services liaised with the Local Planning Authority's Listed Buildings Office to establish what development would be considered appropriate given the historic nature of the existing building. The resulting 36 page document was issued in August 2006 and the Client has expressed their delight at the comprehensive nature of the report and has secured a purchaser.
